Est. 2026 · Marietta, GA Our story
A son's company. A father's hand to steady it.
Messer Works started with a simple idea: a young man who wanted to build something real, and a father willing to show him how.
Jackson Messer is the founder. He's a high-school student in Marietta — and already learning that a business isn't built on a logo or a slogan, but on showing up when you say you will and standing behind every job. Next year he heads to college in Georgia to study business, but Messer Works isn't a school project. It's the start of a company he intends to grow into a name his neighbors trust for years to come.
His father, Ryan, grew up here in Marietta and has spent his career building and backing companies across energy, medical, and other ventures. His role here is smaller on purpose: mentor, not owner. Ryan is helping Jackson launch — the standards, the hard lessons, the boring-but-important parts — with one plan from the very beginning. As Messer Works reaches its growth milestones, the company becomes fully Jackson's. The goal was never for Ryan to run a home-services business. It was to hand his son the tools to run his own.
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” — Proverbs 22:6
That's the whole idea. Quality work, honest dealing, and a business built to last — and to serve this community long after the training wheels come off.
